The Eterna 940 (short model) Piccolo has been in the Getzen line for many years. It offers a free-blowing feel with excellent intonation. It is constructed in the Getzen Pro Shop and comes with a trumpet shank receiver.

The 940 Eterna Series is designed for Baroque music and other specialty parts requiring a delicate response and feel. These instruments feature a short model design with a 4 inch yellow brass bell and a .420 inch bore for a more open feel with less resistance and projection. The 940 Series comes with two lead pipes on in A one in Bb with trumpet shank.
