Description

This Benge D/Eb is a LA (Anaheim) , circa about 1975. Comes with two tuning slides – D and an Eb slide.

When on the D slide, You’ll notice marks on the inner slides to denote how far out to pull the slides. The 2nd valve slide doesn’t come out very far.

Because the ML bore (.460) is large relative to the shortness of the horn, it plays differently than a  ML (also 0.460) Bb trumpet. It plays differently also because it is a D/Eb!

Perfect for Haydn, Hummel, and Bach repertoire.
