Description
Out of the HornTraders Quiver into your studio. RAW BRASS Bach Stradivarius 25/43 Large Bore (.462) SN# 38614 W/ Reeves.
Manufactured circa 1965 in the golden era of Vintage Elkhart horns when Vincent Bach was still over seeing his babies after moving from Mt Vernon and selling his company to Selmer. Little know fact ….. Selmer made fine trumpets and bought the Bach company mostly for the mouthpieces. True Story!
Beautiful vintage LARGE BORE Bach Strad (.462) 25 Corporation side Seam Bell with an open 43 pipe Horn was originall made circa 1965. This Bell lead-pipe combination is perfect for commercial and clasical applications with a very even warm ‘American Trumpet’ core tone. This horns valves were overhauled by Doctor Valve so the compression is better than new. The 25 Corporation Side Seam bell is in perfect shape. As most of the horns in my Quiver it has had a recent chem clean and Bob Reeves Valve alignment. Comes with Bach Strap Hard shell wood case. This horn is ready to play as soon as you put your lips to it. I don’t think the leadpipe was original with this horn 1965 but since the horn is raw brass you could easly install a Bach lead pipe of your choice. But 1st check out this player with the 43 pipe. I think you’ll like it!
